iButton DS1990A-F5+

The iButton® serves as electronic registration number storage for automatic identification. Data is transferred serially through the one-wire protocol, which requires only one data wire and a return to ground. Each DS1990A is factory laser engraved with a unique, guaranteed 64-bit registration number allowing absolute traceability. The iButton is made of durable stainless steel, highly resistant to environmental hazards such as dirt, moisture and shock. Its compact, coin-shaped profile is self-aligning with attached receptacles, allowing the DS1990A to be used easily. Its design allows it to be mounted on almost any object, including containers, pallets, and bags.
